Noted Scientist Presents Regent Beth Fitzsimmons Lectures

This year's Regent Beth Fitzsimmons lectures were given by Dr. Elizabeth Petty. D

r. Petty is Senior Associate Dean for Academic Affairs and a Professor in the Department of Pediatics at the University of Wisconsin. She gave two well-attended lectures on June 12 and 13. The first talk was entitled "DNA, Defendants, and Decisions: Sherlock Holmes Meets Genetics". This talk was geared for a general audience.
