A degree or certificate in management equips aspiring leaders with essential skills and knowledge to excel in leadership roles across diverse industries. By combining core business principles with specialized training in management, ethics, and team building, the program will prepare you to confidently navigate dynamic, fast-paced environments and make critical decisions that drive organizational success.

With a focus on real-world exercises and case studies, you will gain the expertise to apply sound judgment, overcome challenges, and manage people, projects and processes. You will also develop the technical and interpersonal skills to leverage business technologies, motivate employees, and foster sustainable organizational growth.

Academic Program

As a Management [BBA] major, you will explore practical applications of management theories such as organizational change, international business and entrepreneurial strategies in a dynamic blend of in-person, hybrid and hands-on learning experiences. This program will cover topics such as:

  • Managerial Decision Making and Analysis
  • Organizational Change and Team Building
  • Management Responsibility and Ethics
  • Innovation and Entrepreneurship

The program also features a Human Resources concentration that provides insights into staffing, training, compensation and benefits to prepare you for a role as an HR professional. A Management Minor (for Non-Business Majors) is also available for students who wish to round out their degree with management skills.

Professionals from a variety of career backgrounds are encouraged to add to their skill set with a graduate certificate in Management.
