  • The EMU MARCHING BAND is saddened but understanding of the decision to postpone all Mid-American Conference athletic competitions until the spring 2021. We miss supporting our football team at Rynearson Stadium. A musical organization in its 126th year, we take great pride in serving as an ambassador for EMU, our student-athletes and community. While our performing season will be different this year, we look forward to sharing the excitement and pageantry of “The Pride of The Peninsula" with you soon. A unique opportunity for high school and middle school bands! EMU hosts a Music For All regional affiliate festival, on Friday, March 19, 2021, which features a performance in Pease Auditorium, and a clinic and comments by a panel of nationally-known educators including Craig Kirchhoff, H.
