    • Admissions Application (SAAADMS) form- View general information about the student/applicant's application, such as application date, college, degree, program, level and term.

    • Admissions Application Summary (SAASUMI) form - View a complete list of all applications entered into Banner for this student/applicant, including the status of an application.
    • Applicant GPA Types form (SOAGPAT) form- View a summary of a student/applicant's high school and college GPA scores.
    • High School Information (SOAHSCH) form - View a student/applicant's high school information.
    • Prior College (SOAPCOL) form - View a student/applicant's prior college information.
    • Application Supplemental Information (SOASUPL) form - View a student/applicant's intended visa status, country of birth, and I-20 information along with self-reported information.
    • Test Score Information (SOATEST) form - View a student/applicant's test score information.

     

  • Student Information (Basics)

    • International Information form (GOAINTL) form- View the visa type, birth nation, citizenship, and admission departure date. This form is used by supervisors who want to hire an international student.
    • Registration Query (SFAREGQ) form - View a class schedule.
    • The General Student Summary (SGASTDQ) form - View summary academic history information for a student by term, including a student’s academic standing at the university.
    • Hold Information (SOAHOLD) form- View a historical record of holds that have been placed on a student's record along with the from/to dates. Holds may prevent registration, graduation and the production of transcripts. Hold types can include ESL holds, financial holds, judicial holds and double-c holds.
    • Identification (SPAIDEN ) form - View contact (addresses, phone numbers, and email addresses), biographic, demographic, and veteran status information. This form is sometimes used by the Help Desk and other departments that work with faculty, staff, and students - over the phone - to verify the caller's identity.
  •  Student Information (Academic History)

    • Course Detail (SCADETL) form - Determine if there is a co-requisite requirement for the course you are working with. A co-requisite requirement means two or more sections are required to be taken in the same semester. This means a student must register for all of the co-requisite sections in the same registration session.
    • Class Roster (SFASLST) form - View a list of students who are registered/waitlisted for a section in the order in which they registered and if available, their final grade.
    • Student Course Registration Audit (SFASTCA) form - view a list or audit trail of registration activity including who registered the student, when the student was registered, and whether registration was in INB or via the web.
    • Student... (SFARHST) form - View a list or audit trail of registration activity including who registered the student, when the student was registered, and whether registration was in INB or via the web.
    • General Student (SGASTDN) form - View current information about a student including their status, level, college, primary and secondary programs, class level attributes, admit term, admit type, major, department, concentration, minor, residency, student type, veteran information, and FERPA release information.
    • Course Summary (SHACRSE) form - Leave the term field blank to view a list of the student's Institution (EMU) courses and grades sorted by term. Current term grades are available after grades close for the semester. Transfer credits do not display in this form.
    • Degree and Other Formal Awards (SHADEGR) form - See if someone has graduated or applied to graduate and to calculate the degree GPA.
    • Subject Sequence History (SHASUBJ) form - View a list of courses for a student grouped by subject.
    • Transcript Events and Comments (SHATCMT) form - View a list of academic events.
    • Sequence course History Term (SHATERM) form - View a list of all courses and grades for a student grouped by term. Within the term you can view credits grouped by institution (EMU) credits and by transfer credits. Transfer credits display in the term they were evaluated by EMU. You can also view the student's overall transfer hours.
    • Transfer Course (SHATRNS) form - View one transfer institution at a time. This form lists only the schools associated with transfer credits that have been evaluated and accepted by EMU. You can also view term GPA and course details using the Term GPA & Crse Detail block.
    • Degree Summary (SHADGMQ) form - View summary information about all degrees which the student is seeking or has been awarded.
    • Faculty Schedule Query (SIAASGQ) form - Displays the sections that an instructor is assigned to.
    • Area Requirements (SMAAREA) form - View information about prerequisite and test score restrictions for a section.
    • Alternate Personal Identification Number (SPAAPIN) form - Displays the alternate PIN used during priority registration, if a student has been sent to collections, or if a student has less than 25 credit hours and needs to attend a General Education Advising session. This term specific PIN may need to be supplied by the student prior to allowing entry to registration and add/drop activities. This form is also used to remove the General Education Advising (GERR) PIN once the student has attended a session.
    • Schedule Detail (SSADETL) form - Link sections. Linking is the Banner mechanism used to connect lecture, lab, and/or recitation sections which must be registered for concurrently. Creating linked sections forces the student to register for more than one section of the same course.
    • Section Registration Restriction (SSARRES) form - Look up information about a section's college, major, class, level, campus, degree, and program restrictions.
  • Web Registration Authorizations

     Student Registration Permit-Override (SFASRPO) form - Give authorization for the student to register for classes via the web.
  • Course Schedules

    • Schedule Section Query (SSASECQ) form- Locate and view course sections.
    • Schedule (SSASECT) form - Create new and edit/view/delete existing sections. A section is used to describe an instance of when a course is offered, where it is offered, who the instructor is, and how many students can enroll.
    • Schedule Cross List Query (SSAXLSQ) form - View cross listed sections by their group identifier or to locate any unused codes.
    • Schedule Cross List Definition (SSAXLST) form - Manage cross listed sections. Cross listed sections are two or more sections from different courses that meet in the same room at the same time.
    • Faculty/Advisor Information (SIAINST) form - Authorize/activate instructors prior to assigning them to a section.
  • Part-Time Lecturer Pay Setup

    • Faculty Assignment (SIAASGN) form - Enter and maintain assignment information for a term for a Part-Time Lecturer. If the Part-Time Lecturer is not assigned to a course, they will need to be assigned in SSASECT before SIAASGN can be updated.
    • Faculty/Advisor Information (SIAINST) form- Authorize/activate instructors prior to assigning them to a section.
