Mapping Network Drives
Hard-Wired on Campus
If you are hard-wired to the EMU network on campus, the Network Drive (also known as "common drive," "Active Directory share", "Share Drive" and/or "Z drive") should automatically map to Windows computers when you log into your computer. If it does NOT map automatically, follow the Mapping Network Drives instructions located inside our IT Service Portal.
Wireless or Off-Campus
If you are wireless or off-campus, you must have the AnyConnect VPN client installed on your computer to map and access the Network Drive. Once installed and connected to the EMU network with the AnyConnect VPN Client, you can connect to EMU's Network Drive. Instructions for installing AnyConnect and connecting Windows and Mac computers to the Network Drive are on this website at AnyConnect VPN.
