If you received notification that you are eligible to order a new computer via the Computer Refresh Program, your department, or campus technician, please fill out the Computer Refresh Order form.

If you received a notification that you are eligible to order a new computer via the Computer Refresh Program, your department, or campus technician and can provide a business case justification of why you need a special computer, please fill out the Computer Refresh Program Special Order form.
