Report Upgrade Testing Issue
To report an upgrade testing issue, please send an email from your @emich.edu email account to [email protected] with the following information:
- Issue description and error messages
- Impact
- Detailed steps to recreate issue
- Attach relevant screenshots
To include relevant non-IT staff on the incident and all related communications, add them as a recipient of the email.
To update incidents you've created:
- Reply to emails sent from Samanage.
- Use the Samanage web interface.
